Professional Trial Secretary Services
I am a Licensed AKC trial secretary, and can also secretary for other venues. I started helping out with trial secretary work way before there were computer programs to do it, but now it is much easier. I secretary on my own and have also worked with several of my colleagues through the years at different trials. I am available during the week as well as the weekends.
What is included with my trial secretary service?
1. Preparation of premiums and posting on my website
2. Event notices sent to everyone in my database as well as postings through social media.
3. Preparation of all paperwork (and there is tons of it!) to include: scribe sheets, gate sheets, measuring list, armbands, results, ribbon labels, move-ups, etc.
4. I bring with me all of the necessary computer equipment (laptops, printers) as well as some extras, such as display monitors for quick results!
5. Preparation of trial catalog/results to send to appropriate agility organization along with necessary reports and forms.
6. Competitor results are sent out via email as well as posted on my site.
If you want me to, I can even be in charge of finding you judges!
