AKC Trial Dates
When clubs host trials through AKC they use they same weeks each year; the dates may be different, but the weekend number is always the same. If you want to figure out when your favorite trials will be next year, see the corresponding dates for future years, look at Corresponding_Date_Table
Once events are complete, I email out individual result reports as well as post the entire trial results to the results page – look for that information to add up your points! Congrats!

ENTRY RECEIPT INFORMATION: I send out confirmations as I receive and process your entries. If you have not heard from me within a week of mailing it to me please contact me via email at barc4agility@gmail.com asap. Do not wait until after a trial has closed to contact me about not receiving a confirmation – that’s too late. If your entry gets lost in the mail or does not get delivered to me before the closing date/time published in the premium, then it is not valid and you will not be in the trial.
Also, I always put a box out at every trial so that you can hand deliver them and not wonder if I got it. Just remember, that box is only good for trials where I am the secretary. LOL
The clubs want everyone to be able to come and play with their dogs, so we all want you to be there. I have no idea what is going on with the mail anymore, but sometimes I get them, sometimes I may not, but I do always send confirmations.
Likewise, if you change your email, please highlight it on your entry form so it is clear to me and I can make sure you are receiving your confirmations. Check your SPAM folders too – some emails don’t like them and try to throw them away.

MAIL PROBLEMS – It is taking an unusually long time for mail to be delivered. If you want to drop off
entries at my house, please put them in the mailbox by the road. I always take hand deliveries at trials.
I accept online entries via LabTestedOnline.com as well.
Generally I will process entries within a week. If you have mailed your entry, a week has gone by, and
you have not gotten a confirmation, please contact me immediately. Email or text is best point of contact.
I have a “regular” job and cannot answer phone calls when I’m working.
Do not wait until after a trial closes, there is nothing I can do at that point.
We want you to be entered; after closing that can’t happen.
